formal complaint

I want to lodge a formal complaint. I signed up for free trial period and then cancelled my paid account before trial period finished but unfortunately, I am getting charged for last several months when I checked my credit card statement carefully today as I use several credit card. So, it's my sincere request to refund the charged payment as I am already in financial debt due to unemployment for the last 3.5 years and I use other free app because I am a doctor and not in IT sector, so never understood the functions of github, it's very technical for me. I can only use free apps like gemini or perplexity etc
