GitHub Education cannot verify my location at my school's campus in Italy

Hi everyone,

I'm an Italian high school student applying for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

I attend IIS Giordano Bruno in Medicina, Italy. My application keeps getting rejected because GitHub says I am not near a campus location for my selected school.

However, I completed one of my applications while physically present at the school's Medicina location, and the location verification still failed.

I suspect that the school's campus location may be missing or incorrectly registered in GitHub Education's system.

Could someone help me determine whether the Medicina campus is correctly listed and explain how this location verification issue can be resolved?

I have already contacted GitHub Support, but I only received an automated response directing me to self-service resources.
